This license covers all sets you purchase from JK Cuttables for up to 1000 units.
For Commercial Use over 1000 units, you must contact me to purchase an extended license.
-You do not not need to credit JK Cuttables but I am appreciative if you choose to do so.
-You must not use JK Cuttables designs to create any clipart sets, digital papers, patterns, digital stamps,
svg files or any cutting files, scrapbooking/cardmaking kits of any kind with or without alterations.
-Digital products – You must not use JK Cuttables designs standalone ‘as is’ on a plain background.
You must add your own elements, backgrounds, text etc. and your design must be flattened.
-Digital embroidery – You must only produce embroidery files. You must not include any of JK Cuttables
original files in your downloads. You must not sell as SVG/Clipart or any cutting files.
-Fabric – You can only use JK Cuttables designs on finished end products ie: clothing. You cannot sell
pieces or rolls of fabric.
-You must not resell any original designs from JK Cuttables.
-You must not share, give away as freebies or redistribute any designs from JK Cuttables.
-You must not claim any designs from JK Cuttable as your own, with or without alterations.
-All design copyright remains with ©JK Cuttables.

As this is a digital item no refunds can be offered. You are responsible for knowing the file format for your software.
